So I tried diligently at NaNo this year, having completed it successfully last year, and I am throwing in the towel. That's not to say that I've stopped writing; I just know that I won't be able to write 25,000 words by the end of the month. I still have a substantial piece of work done, though, and that is always nice.

In other news . . .

Sheer Speculation Press will no longer be offering print copies of Staffs & Starships magazine. Due to continued issues with printing services, we're putting it on hiatus until we can find someone reliable. Online copies will still be available, and anyone who has already purchased a subscription will still get their four copies of the magazine in print form. No further print subscriptions will be accepted after the end of the month, however.

We will work diligently to provide something unique with our online copies, and I hope that it will be something that people will continue to purchase in the future.
